Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and returned with original packaging, straps, dividers and included parts. Products with campsite dirt, food residue, fuel odors or visible wear may not be eligible unless defective.

Email service@velanorn.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and photos when reporting damage or an incorrect item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
